Apply today for a year of free leadership training with MVMA’s POTL

Building a community of progressive and leadership-driven practitioners is the main purpose of MVMA’s Power of 10 Leadership Academy (POTL). Designed to cultivate leadership skills and provide important team and skill-building experiences, the POTL is a completely free, real-world, relationship-building program consisting of five leadership development sessions that occur over a one-year period. During each session, MVMA provides continuing education credit for one-on-one access to experts who cover topics like team building, effective communication, regulatory information, financial, personal finance and tax information, human resources, impacts of legislation on veterinary medicine, work/life balance, personal wellness and much much more!

In addition to building a community with your POTL colleagues, you will also get the chance to network with progressive practitioners, MVMA leadership, and past POTL participants.
