Conference attendee parking is $10 per day, per vehicle. 
Upon entry, parking attendants will provide attendees with a parking pass allowing for unlimited in and out privileges throughout the day. Please use the parking lot closest to the Event Center.

Registered guests of Hyatt Place Detroit/Novi should park in the designated hotel parking lot. 
Non-registered hotel guest parking is prohibited. 

Parking in fire lanes, in front of marked exits, on islands, or any other non-paved areas will not be permitted at any time.  The Suburban Collection Showplace reserves the right to tow, at owner's expense, any vehicle improperly parked on its site without prior notification. No overnight parking of any vehicle, truck, trailer etc. will be allowed without proper authorization.

FAQs

 

Attendee badges will contain a unique barcode used to scan into each session hour, even if they’re staying in the same session room.

When it becomes available post–conference, attendees will be sent information on how to access their CE electronically. Please allow at least three weeks from the conclusion of the conference to receive CE certificate information.

Registrants requiring specific accommodations related to disabilities or otherwise are encouraged to contact Angel Davis at davis@michvma.org no later than September 12, 2025.

Registrants will receive a unique barcode one week from the start of the conference, via email. For quick and efficient on-site check-in, we encourage you to bring that barcode letter to use at the self-service badge print stations.

All cancellation requests MUST be in writing delivered to mvma@michvma.org. Our refund schedule for MiVetCon is as follows:

  • A $50 cancellation fee will be applied for all cancellations received by MVMA on or before June 30, 2025
  • A 50% refund will be provided for all cancellations received by MVMA between July 1 - September 12, 2025 
  • No refunds will be provided for all cancellations received by MVMA after September 12, 2025

Use of Likeness: 
Registration and attendance at or participation in MVMA events constitutes agreement by the registrant to MVMA's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, marketing efforts and materials and audiotapes of such events and activities.
