Ron Sosa is the Executive Director of the Uncharted Veterinary Conference and the founder of Syn‑APT Neuroinclusive Leadership. With over two decades of experience spanning client services, hospital management, ownership, and leadership development, Ron brings a deeply human and systems-driven approach to transforming workplaces.
As a certified Jay Shetty life coach and a proud neurodivergent professional, Ron champions inclusive leadership, universal design, and authentic team culture. His workshops, talks, and coaching programs are rooted in the belief that when people feel seen, heard, and validated they thrive.
Ron has spoken at national veterinary conferences, led high-impact workshops on
neurodiversity, conflict management and emotional intelligence, and is currently authoring two books that blend leadership strategy with personal growth. His superpowers include hyperfocus, and making even the most complex leadership challenges feel both doable and meaningful.
Whether he’s leading a cohort, consulting with hospitals, or coaching fellow leaders, Ron’s goal is simple: to help people lead with curiosity, courage, and compassion.
